Rooftop Wind Power - Rooftop and Pole Mounted VAWT
by Andrew on Oct.05, 2009, under products, wind
Looking more like an MLM (multi-level-marketing) ad site than an actual brick and mortar business, this Arkansas based company has a well engineered rooftop system for homes, businesses and windfarms. You can connect them to the grid, storage systems and more, plus – they’ll engineer a system for your home/school/warehouse. Can’t slight them too much on the site, it has all the information there: the jaded eyes of webbys may pass them up though. Worth a hard look, including their FAQ page. They also do residential hydro.

Wind Power is one of the best alternative energy sources that we should utilize, it is very clean and non-polluting. I was able to built a small wind generator at home which can power small appliances.

Wind power is a good source of electricity but it also takes up lots of space just like solar power plants.-;”

Hi… I don’t know if you’ve been making changes, but your pages aren’t displaying correctly for me. The borders of the text are overlapping. I all worked fine the last time I was here. I don’t know if it’s on my end or if you’ve made a change… Just thought you might want to look at it. Thanks! Burma Melendrez

Hi, and thanks for writing, Burma! I’ve checked it on PC’s with Chrome, IE and Firefox, and they’re all coming up fine. What OS/computer are you running?

wind power is just as good if not better than solar power. wind power also generates more power per unit area compared to solar–;

I need to that I had been a little leary with all the different hype going on around solar. After exploring plenty of programs and get options my husband and I thought to make the leap. We finished up getting solar with no money down and now we immediatly started putting money aside the first month is was installed. I have to admit that the primary advantages of solar look like they’re real and I am happy that we decided i would proceed with it.
